Yes, we ship worldwide. Your order will be delivered via reliable international couriers.
2. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your country, selected delivery method, and order weight. Prices are shown during checkout.
3. How long does delivery take?
Standard international shipping takes 7–15 business days. Express options: 2–6 business days.
4. Are taxes and duties included in the product price?
No. Product prices do not include local VAT, GST or customs duties unless specifically mentioned.
5. Will I have to pay import taxes or customs duties?
It depends on your country. Most countries charge VAT/GST and customs duties on imported jewellery.

7. Can I pay duties and taxes in advance (DDP)?
Yes. For selected countries, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping – you pay everything upfront, and your parcel arrives with no surprise charges.
8. How do I request prepaid DDP delivery?
Contact us before or after ordering. We'll calculate the taxes and invoice you for DDP service.
9. What happens if I refuse to pay duties at delivery?
The parcel may be returned. Return shipping and customs costs may be deducted from your refund.
10. What is a duty-free threshold?
Some countries don’t apply duties or taxes below a specific order value (e.g. Australia: 1,000 AUD). We recommend checking our country guide.
11. Do you provide invoices for customs clearance?
Yes. Every order is shipped with a proper invoice including product details, value and HS codes.
12. Can I track my shipment?
Yes, tracking info is sent once your parcel is shipped. All shipments are traceable.
13. Can you undervalue my order to avoid customs?
No. We are required by law to declare the full value of each shipment.
14. What if my parcel is delayed at customs?
We’ll help provide the necessary documents and support to release the parcel.
15. Are shipments insured?
Yes. All international orders are insured for their full value against loss or damage.
16. Can I get a refund of taxes if I return my order?
Import taxes are non-refundable by us. You may apply for a tax refund from your local customs authority.
17. What if my country needs extra documentation?
Some regions may require an ID or import permit. We’ll notify you if this is needed.
18. Can I ship to a freight forwarder or P.O. box?
We recommend shipping to physical addresses. Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes or forwarders.
19. How are duties and taxes calculated?
