We proudly ship from both the USA and EU to clients worldwide, using reliable international couriers such as FedEx, UPS, and DHL.

Express Shipping (2–7 business days):
- $35 USD for orders under $1,000
- Free for orders over $1,000
All shipments are fully insured and include tracking. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
⏱ Delivery Times
- In-stock gemstones and jewelry: shipped within the stated timeframe, maximum delivery within 30 days.
- Custom-made jewelry: production times vary depending on design and materials. Delivery may exceed 30 days. We will confirm the expected delivery time when you place your order.
- Gemstones sent for certification (GIA, IGI): delivery depends on the laboratory’s processing schedule. As this is outside our control, delivery times may exceed 30 days. We will keep you updated on the progress.
- By placing an order for custom-made jewelry or certified gemstones, the Buyer expressly agrees to an extended delivery period beyond 30 days.
🧾 Duties & Taxes
- USA & EU customers: No import duties or VAT – all taxes are included in the price.
- Other countries: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply, depending on your local regulations.
- Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, shipments outside the USA and EU are made on a DAP (Delivered At Place, Incoterms 2020) basis, meaning the Buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and clearance costs.
- If agreed in advance, the Seller may arrange DDP (Delivered Duty Paid, Incoterms 2020) shipments at the Buyer’s request. Please contact us before or after placing your order if you wish to prepay duties and taxes – we will calculate and arrange it for you.
All references to DAP and DDP are made in accordance with Incoterms® 2020 - All shipments are declared at full value on customs forms and include proper commercial invoices with HS codes.
- The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or import regulations in the Buyer’s country.
📦 Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- unused and unworn,
- in original condition and packaging,
- returned with all accompanying documents and certificates.
- 💡 Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or of receiving proof of dispatch of the returned item, whichever occurs first.
🔒 Exceptions
Some items are non-returnable, unless faulty:
- Custom-made jewelry (including engraved, resized, or otherwise personalized items).
- Gemstones modified at the Buyer’s request (e.g., recut, repolished).
- Gemstones sent for certification (e.g., GIA, IGI) once the certification process has started.
⚖️ Legal Note
For EU customers: You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days under Directive 2011/83/EU. Details are included in our Terms & Conditions. You may also resolve disputes via the EU ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
For non-EU customers: Our standard 14-day return policy applies, subject to the conditions above.
