Returns and Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, excluding custom-made and personalized jewelry.
Return processing time:
• Once we receive the returned package, we will send you a confirmation email.
• Refund timing depends on your bank’s policies and may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account.

Gemstones
• Store each gemstone separately to prevent scratches or damage from contact with other jewelry.

• Keep gemstones away from water, especially in pools and the sea, as some are porous and may absorb liquids or lose their luster.
• Cleaning: Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth or soak in lukewarm water with a few drops of mild soap (e.g., baby soap or natural liquid soap without fragrances or additives). Do not use abrasive cleaners or overly hot water. Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.
Gold Jewelry

• Keep gold jewelry away from harsh chemicals such as perfumes, hairsprays, or cleaning products.
