If you wish, we can also arrange laboratory certification for your jewelry upon request – either before or anytime after purchase.

Production time:
Each Sosna Gems piece is individually crafted, with standard production time of up to 14 business days.
If GIA or IGI certification is requested, please allow up to 30 additional days, depending on the selected laboratory.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) – Free, fully insured, and trackable.
• FedEx Express (2–5 business days) – $35 for orders under $1000, free for orders above $1000.
  Delivery is available to physical addresses only (no P.O. Boxes or military addresses).

If, for any reason, you wish to return your piece, the following policy applies:

• Standard jewelry pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.
• Custom-made or personalized designs are non-returnable, as each is crafted uniquely for you.
• Returned items must include all original packaging and certificates.

Once the returned piece is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days (depending on your bank).
The full return process may take up to 3–4 weeks.
