Production Time
Every piece is meticulously handcrafted by our expert jewelers.
Please allow the following lead times:

Up to 14 business days for production before shipping.

Up to 30 business days for orders that include GIA or IGI certification, as this process is handled by external gemological laboratories.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping – Postal Service

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 10:00 AM CET are shipped the same business day.

Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination.

Free standard shipping on orders over $1000 USD.
Express Shipping – FedEx

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:30 PM CET are shipped the next business day.

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment.

Flat rate: $45 USD
Packaging & Discretion
All orders are shipped in discreet, tamper-proof packaging with no reference to jewelry on the outer box.
Jewelry arrives in elegant gift boxes, perfect for gifting or proposals.
For certified stones, GIA or IGI documentation is included in a secure envelope.
Delivery Address & Signature Requirement
We only ship to physical addresses.
We do not ship to:

P.O. Boxes

Military addresses (APO/FPO)

Parcel lockers
A signature is required upon delivery for security reasons.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
All shipments are fully insured and trackable.
International Shipping & Customs
We ship internationally.

Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to address errors, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
