Production and Shipping

• Each piece of jewelry is carefully handcrafted, and production takes up to 14 days before shipping.
• If the customer requests GIA or IGI certification, the certification process may take up to 30 days.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping – Postal Service

• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 10:00 AM CET will be processed and shipped the same business day.
• Delivery time: 5–7 business days from the date of shipment.
• Shipping cost: calculated based on the delivery country.
• Free shipping on orders over $1000.

Express Shipping – FedEx

• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:30 PM CET will be processed and shipped the next business day.
• Delivery time: 3–5 business days from the date of shipment.
• Shipping cost: $45.

Delivery to physical addresses only – we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Returns and Refunds

Customer satisfaction is our priority. Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, excluding custom-made and personalized jewelry.

Return processing time:

• Once we receive the returned package, we will send you a confirmation email.
• Refund timing depends on your bank’s policies and may take 3–7 business days to appear in your account.
• The full return and refund process may take up to 3–4 weeks from the date the package is sent.

To keep your Sosna Gems jewelry shining and beautiful for a long time, we recommend following these care guidelines:

Gemstones

• Store each gemstone separately to prevent scratches or damage from contact with other jewelry.
• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, or rough handling.
• Keep gemstones away from water, especially in pools and the sea, as some are porous and may absorb liquids or lose their luster.
• Cleaning: Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth or soak in lukewarm water with a few drops of mild soap (e.g., baby soap or natural liquid soap without fragrances or additives). Do not use abrasive cleaners or overly hot water. Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.


Gold Jewelry

• Store gold jewelry separately to avoid scratches or tangling.
• Keep gold jewelry away from harsh chemicals such as perfumes, hairsprays, or cleaning products.
• Avoid wearing gold jewelry in pools and the sea, as chlorine and salt can damage the surface, causing discoloration or weakening the metal.
• Cleaning: Mix lukewarm water with mild soap (e.g., baby soap or natural liquid soap without fragrances), soak the jewelry briefly (1–2 minutes), gently clean with a soft brush (such as a soft-bristled toothbrush), rinse with clean water, and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.


Silver Jewelry

• Store silver jewelry separately to prevent scratches or tangling.
• Avoid exposing silver to harsh chemicals, chlorine, or extreme temperatures.
• Do not wear silver jewelry in pools, saunas, or the sea, as chlorine and saltwater can accelerate oxidation and tarnishing.
• Cleaning: Use a special silver polishing cloth or a mild soapy solution (lukewarm water with a few drops of non-aggressive liquid soap or mild dish soap). Carefully clean with a soft cloth or soft brush, rinse with clean water, and dry thoroughly. If the jewelry is heavily tarnished, a special silver cleaning solution can be used.


General Recommendations

• Remove jewelry before showering, exercising, or doing household chores to prevent mechanical damage or exposure to chemicals.
• After wearing, wipe jewelry with a soft cloth to remove sweat and cosmetic residues.
• Store in a dry place, preferably in a closed jewelry box or soft pouch, to protect against dust and moisture.
